Enviibe Terms of Service

Welcome to Enviibe! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Enviibe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use Enviibe. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

 

3. Use of the Platform

Enviibe provides AI-powered entertainment discovery through Vibe Searching™. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform or interfere with its functionality.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our technology without permission.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform—including Enviibe™, Vibe Searching™, Enviibe Points™, and related branding—are owned by Enviibe or its licensors.

You may not use our IP without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

 

5. Third-Party Services

Enviibe may provide links or connections to third-party streaming services, podcasts, sports platforms, and advertisers. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate agreements.

 

6. Advertising & Rewards

Enviibe may display targeted advertisements and offer opportunities to earn Enviibe Points™.

  • Points have no cash value and may only be used within the Platform.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue rewards at any time.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Enviibe makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy, availability, or reliability of content.

  • That the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • That recommendations will meet your personal preferences.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enviibe and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

  • Damages exceeding the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount paid by you to Enviibe in the past 12 months.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enviibe, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

 

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Los Angeles County/CA].

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
